At Interior Health Authority, we are committed to providing high-quality care to our patients. We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our care team in Cranbrook and Kimberley, B.C.
**Job Summary**
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide personal and nursing care to patients. You will perform assessments, plan, implement, and provide care to patients, as well as administer medications in accordance with pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures.
**Responsibilities**
* Perform assessments and develop care plans for patients
* Provide personal and nursing care to patients
* Administer medications as prescribed
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
