Senior Architectural Technologist Job Opportunity

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team in Cirencester. Our client is a well-established Chartered Surveyors and Architectural Practice looking to grow their Architectural team.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on a variety of small-scale Residential projects, utilizing AutoCAD software to produce technical drawings, and supporting junior members of the team. They will also be required to work closely with a team of surveyors, complete planning applications, and take measurements and check progress on site visits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing technical drawings and CGI images
  • Supporting junior members of the team
  • Working closely with a team of surveyors
  • Completing planning applications
  • Taking measurements and checking progress on site visits
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification (BSc, HND, HNC)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2D
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience
  • Ability to produce CGI images, technical drawings, and put schemes together independently
  • Experience producing schedule of works is essential
  • Project management and Contract Administration would be advantageous
