- Provide one-on-one assistance to the student during lessons and activities, promoting their well-being and social skills.
- Work with parents and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive support system that addresses the student's needs.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive school atmosphere, fostering a sense of community and respect among students and staff.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in providing 1:1 support to students with SEN, is advantageous but not essential.
