We are seeking a seasoned Site Supervisor with a strong background in groundworks to join our team at Hampshire Recruitment Services for a 2-week assignment covering holiday. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing site operations and overseeing groundworks projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily site operations and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Plan and coordinate groundworks activities.
  • Manage site resources, including labour and equipment.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Resolve site issues and challenges promptly.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in groundworks.
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
  • First Aid and Fire Marshall qualifications.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
