Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and improving suppliers' processes to achieve business goals related to Procurement Supplier Quality Management. This includes supplier training on requirements, analysis of supplier performance, and involvement in the improvement process.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage each assigned supplier's safety, quality, and delivery performance through defined metrics and KPIs.
  2. Develop supplier capability through a commitment to Continuous Improvement through empowerment and management by data.
  3. Maintain up-to-date understanding of product requirements and communicate quality requirements and initiatives.
  4. Align and cooperate with functional departments (globally) with minimum supervision.
  5. Good understanding of core manufacturing & inspection processes such as forging, fabrication, machining, coating, welding, NDT.

Additional Skills

  1. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  2. Ability to lead & facilitate improvement projects.
