About the Law Firm:
The law firm is a top-tier firm, recognized for its excellence in various practice areas, including housing law. They serve corporate entities and private individuals, providing expert advice and representation in housing disputes.
Housing Department Overview:
The Housing team is highly experienced in finding solutions to housing disputes and aims to address issues quickly and effectively. They offer lawyer-supported dispute resolution or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) as a means to resolve housing disrepair matters.
Main Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Department Director
- Provide professional, proactive approach, strong client care skills, and a sensitive and sympathetic understanding of clients' needs
- Assist in preparing applications for judicial review in cases of homelessness
- Represent clients in the courts for unlawful eviction, possession proceedings
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of housing law and a proven track record of working in a similar capacity. You will be required to work closely with the Department Director and other team members to achieve the team's objectives.
