**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Mark Paralegal to join our dynamic team at G2 Legal Limited. As a Trade Mark Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting our attorneys and clients in managing and protecting their valuable intellectual property assets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with trade mark filings, renewals, and oppositions
  • Conduct trade mark searches and prepare reports
  • Manage a portfolio of trade marks and deadlines
  • Liaise with clients, foreign associates, and relevant trade mark offices
  • Draft correspondence, legal documents, and prepare evidence for hearings
  • Assist solicitors with litigation and contentious matters, including research and case preparation

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a Trade Mark Paralegal, preferably within a law firm or IP practice
  • 3 years+ experience in a client-facing role
  • Strong knowledge of trade mark procedures, both domestic and international
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, with a client-focused attitude
  • CITMA qualification is desirable but not essential
