Our company specializes in the conversion of residential properties into HMOs, with a focus on delivering exceptional results. We're looking for someone with a proven track record in 1st and 2nd Fix plumbing, with experience in re-configuring properties and installing en-suite bathrooms and new kitchens.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled tradesperson with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with multiple trades and take ownership of their work. You'll be flexible and able to adapt to changing project requirements, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

We offer a competitive daily rate of up to £150.00, with opportunities for overtime and weekend work. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm, with 30 minutes for lunch. Interviews will be held at one of our current projects, and we require a daytime contact number on your application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality plumbing and heating services across various projects
  • Work effectively with multiple trades to achieve project goals
  • Take ownership of your work and ensure high-quality results
  • Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in plumbing and heating
  • CSCS certification
  • Full UK driving licence

Working Arrangements:

  • Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm
  • Overtime and weekend work available
