Key Responsibilities

  • CIAT member
  • Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
  • Ideally a year or two of experience post-qualification in a UK practice
  • Strong technical abilities
  • Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
  • Strong portfolio
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proactive and positive approach to self-development
  • Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently
  • Ideally knowledge of designing for leisure, residential, or commercial projects
  • Confident producing high-quality technical drawings
  • Thorough knowledge of current building regulations
  • Driven to keep up to date with the latest software and designs
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ideally, you will live locally to the Newcastle area

About the Role

This is a permanent role with a dynamic and innovative design practice.
