Your Responsibilities

  • Assist nursery staff in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) by engaging children in fun and educational activities, fostering their development towards key milestones, and ensuring their safety throughout the day.
  • Collaborate with a larger team to ensure that all essential daily tasks are completed in accordance with nursery requirements, such as hygiene standards and room preparation.
  • Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding.
  • Work alongside colleagues to maintain a positive, enjoyable, and safe environment for children.

What We Are Looking For

  • A Full and Relevant Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children in roles such as Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder, or similar.
  • A passion for making learning enjoyable and engaging for every child.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with both children and adults using various techniques.
  • A solid understanding of child protection and safeguarding principles.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in your approach.
