Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Trainer to join our team at Major Recruitment Aberdeen. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure that all food preparation adheres to the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Assist in the planning and development of menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Oversee and manage inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment to promote productivity.
The hourly rate for this position is £14 per hour PAYE.
