Job Title: Architectural Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and sustainable designs that exceed our clients' expectations.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement creative design solutions for a range of projects, including education, commercial, and leisure facilities.
  2. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet their needs and expectations.
  3. Lead and manage design teams to deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry developments.
  5. Contribute to the growth and development of our design team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  1. ARB registered / RIBA qualified.
  2. Extensive post-Part Three UK-based Architectural experience.
  3. Proven track record of working on education, commercial, leisure, or similar projects.
  4. Substantial experience in job running.
  5. Design flair and creativity.
  6. Passion for innovation and sustainable designs.
  7. Excellent leadership skills.
  8. Able to hit the ground running.
  9. Proficiency with Revit.
  10. Experience working across the RIBA stages.
  11. Great technical abilities.
  12. Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, relevant authorities, and other professionals.
  13. Develop project briefs.
  14. Present design proposals.
  15. Strong problem-solving skills.
  16. Keen eye for detail.
  17. Work across multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
  18. Keen to contribute to company growth.
  19. Live locally to the Glasgow area.
