About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Heating Engineer to join our team at Octopus Energy. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in installing low-carbon technology in customers' homes, starting with Air Source Heat Pumps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our team to install low-carbon technology, including Air Source Heat Pumps, in customers' homes.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and participate in training programs to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Use your expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide technical advice to customers.
  • Review and collaborate on technical specifications and mechanical drawings to ensure high-quality installations.
  • Work with electricians to commission Air Source Heat Pumps and lead your team to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • G3 (unvented cylinder) qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in the installation of boilers and air source heat pumps.
  • Knowledge of heating system design and fault-finding skills, as well as domestic hot and cold water system knowledge.
  • Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points.
