Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Consultant Lead to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our clients in the water and energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality Environmental Impact Assessments, Environmental Management, and options appraisals.
  • Review and moderate team outputs to ensure they meet the highest standards and align with company policy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs and wants are met in terms of environmental outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and proposals to win new clients and generate further business for the company.

Requirements

  • Chartered membership of a relevant professional body, such as CIEEM.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong working knowledge of standard EIA practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle clients in a calm and professional manner.
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges and maintain an up-to-date skillset through continuous training and professional development.
