About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join the team at 株式会社ポケモン as an Associate Project Manager, where you will play a key role in coordinating and supporting various areas of video game localization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating mobile app localization tasks, managing glossary terms, and handling daily communication with localization vendors and external partners in English and Japanese.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate video game localization from Japanese/English into target languages, including French, German, Italian, and Spanish.
  • Manage internal Q&A processes and ensure high-quality localization.
  • Develop and maintain glossary terms for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful localization projects.

Requirements

  • Three to four years of related professional experience in localization or a related field.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills in both English and Japanese.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and shifting schedules.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
