Job Title: Technology Risk VP

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Risk VP to join our team at Airswift. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our contract hire business line within the E&A region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maximise Contract Hire Performance: Develop and implement strategies to maximise contract hire performance, ensuring accurate business performance, productivity, and manpower utilisation effectiveness through meaningful MI.
  2. Regional Recruitment Delivery: Develop regional recruitment delivery, sales, and business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  3. Operational Strategy: Plan and assist in formulating an operational strategy by helping to develop, monitor, and direct the implementation of strategic business plans, with minimal adaptation for regional difference requirements.
  4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with local country regulations.
  5. Profitability and Customer Database: Continuously identify opportunities to improve profitability and customer database/pipeline.
  6. Regional Performance Targets: Work directly with the President to set and achieve regional performance targets.
  7. Team Management: Ownership of the successful management of a growing regional contract and BD team, ensuring they achieve budgeted profit goals as well as driving a high challenge – high support team culture that focuses on personal development.
  8. Risk Analysis: Reviews and analyses activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress towards stated goals and objectives.
  9. Commercial Rigour: Manages contract negotiations and drives commercial rigour in sales wins.
  10. Decision Making: Able to balance commercial, pragmatic approach to decision making with appropriate risk management.
  11. Contract Revenue: Demonstrable track record of consistently securing and growing contract revenue.
