We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Professional to join our team and provide exceptional care to our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- To deliver excellent standards of care to individuals in a domestic setting, promoting their independence and well-being.
- To assess the care needs of service users and develop personalized care plans to address their physical, psychological, and social needs.
- To administer medications and provide personal and practical care, including health-related tasks.
- To support service users with daily living activities and promote their engagement in activities that enhance their quality of life.
Requirements
- A driving license and own vehicle, due to the nature of the role.
- An enhanced CRB check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with service users, families, and other healthcare professionals.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £8.00-£8.50.
- The opportunity to complete NVQ L1, L2, and L3 for free.
- Full training in Moving and Handling, Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults, Dementia, Medication, and First Aid.
