Focus 5 Recruitment is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our esteemed client operating within the sports and education industry. As a leader in their domain, our client is experiencing growth and is in search of a professional to manage established client accounts. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, polished, and capable of converting potential leads into loyal customers while enhancing business with current clients in alignment with the company's goals. This role is B2B-focused, providing an opportunity to leverage your skills in fostering long-term business partnerships. Key Responsibilities of the Client Relationship Manager include:

  • Overseeing a portfolio of B2B accounts
  • Following up on leads generated through internal marketing initiatives
  • Assisting in the management and upkeep of the CRM customer database
  • Executing sales projects to introduce new offerings to both new and existing clients
  • Engaging with clients to understand their ongoing needs, gathering product feedback, and identifying competitive challenges

Qualifications for the Client Relationship Manager role:
