Lodge Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring that all facilities and services are provided to a high standard.
- Provide a first-class service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the development are running smoothly.
- Organise activities and events for residents, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
- Manage the administration of the development, including scheduling maintenance, completing health and safety checks, and maintaining accurate records.
- Experience of working in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds.
- Strong administration skills, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently, using your own initiative and making decisions as required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, residents, and other stakeholders.
