Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Business System Analyst to join our team at ProViso Staffing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery with a focus on data analytics, business and IT stakeholder management, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with key stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategies
  • Responsible for relationship management and establishing productive relationships between various leaders, departments, and partners across the organization
  • Gather requirements from business units and visualize information depending on the stage of the project
  • Perform different activities during the project lifecycle, including testing and business analysis
  • Develop and create innovative solutions to critical business or organizational data issues
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience as a BA driving end-to-end project delivery with a focus on data analytics, business and IT stakeholder management, and process improvement
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and producing KPIs and KRIs
  • 3+ years of experience with Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel skills
  • 5+ years of SWIFT payment experience
  • 5+ years of MS Visio, JIRA, and process mapping experience
  • 5+ years of Agile experience
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • ISO20022 knowledge
  • MT to MX mapping
  • 3+ years of REST and SOAP API testing
  • Knowledge of GTX, BESS, and FTM
  • Previous experience working in FI
  • Buyer experience will be an asset
  • Previous experience in project management, tracking project progression
  • Previous experience working with payments
  • Previous experience with Confluence and JIRA
Soft Skills Required
  • Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and work well with business partners at different organizational levels
  • Exceptional leadership skills to review processes and procedures to create efficiencies, eliminate duplication, and provide organizational support to achieve business objectives
  • Sound judgment, learning agility, and a high level of professional and personal integrity
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Education

Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or another related field

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of 1-2 rounds of interviews, potentially including a video interview via MS Teams. The first round will include a 15-minute introduction and role overview, followed by abstract questions to review the candidate's mentality and ability to switch quickly.
