Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of contracts on new and refurbishment works valuing up to £3m. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, prepare, process, and select estimates, bids, and tenders for new and refurbishment works
- Oversee the management and delivery of multiple contracts, including new work and refurbishment projects up to £3m
- Assist in the selection of site teams and suitable contractors
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Manage budgets, including final accounts, and maintain detailed records of project progress
Requirements
- Strong contractual awareness and understanding of programming and budgets
- Experience in contract administration, planning, estimating, tender processes, health & safety, and staff management
- Extensive experience working as a Contracts Manager/Project Manager on various projects up to £3m
