**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced production worker to join our production team. As a production operator, you will be responsible for operating and setting up various types of drilling machines and Pem Machines, interpreting work orders and work instructions, and carrying out grinding and finishing activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Perform quality drilling and grinding activities.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and carry out fabrication tasks as required.
• Conduct quality checks on your own work and promptly raise any issues when required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate clearly and effectively regarding work status.
• Demonstrate a collaborative team player mentality and a commitment to continuous improvement.
**Requirements**
• Previous experience working in a metal fabrication environment.
• Proficiency in quality workmanship.
