Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Provide guidance and support to junior designers and commissioning editors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in book cover design
Requirements
  • Proven track record of designing and commissioning outstanding book covers
  • Excellent design skills and knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong commissioning experience in illustration, photography, and design
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
