Job Description: Senior Delegated Authority SpecialistWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Delegated Authority Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our delegated authority program, upholding regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with our partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough due diligence reviews of cover holders, evaluating their financial stability, operational capabilities, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Manage post-bind activities efficiently, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to streamline delegated authority due diligence processes and maintain consistency across the program.
- Oversee Service Company Arrangements globally, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
- Review line slip, consortium, and master policy arrangements as required, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Provide comprehensive support to the cover holder audit team, facilitating audits and addressing any identified issues promptly.
- Coordinate closely with the Delegated Operations team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of bordereaux submitted for cover holder business.
- Prepare clear and concise reports for various internal stakeholders and committees, providing insights into delegated authority activities and performance.
- Assist in internal/external audit reviews and contribute to ongoing Governance & Delegated Authority projects.
- Proven experience in delegated authority due diligence, with a strong understanding of Lloyd's market practices and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, fostering positive relationships with internal and external partners.
