Job Title: MEP Technical Manager

We are seeking an experienced MEP Technical Manager to join our team at LTM Recruitment Specialists Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of our MEP projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the technical aspects of MEP projects, including design, installation, and commissioning.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve project delivery and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in MEP project management, with a strong technical background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, including design, installation, and commissioning.
