Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager to provide technical leadership for planned and reactive maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations.

The Role:
  • Lead the scoping and design of mechanical services for maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee contractor performance, ensuring work meets contractual and regulatory standards.
  • Manage procurement and budgetary aspects of projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance, including CDM regulations, to protect employees and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project delivery, leveraging technical expertise and project management skills.
The Candidate:
  • Relevant qualification in Mechanical Services Engineering, with a strong understanding of M&E systems and procurement processes.
