About the Role:
The Mineral Surveyor - Estates Management position at Wardell Armstrong offers a challenging and varied workload with travel required throughout the UK. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to deliver high-quality, expert advice to our existing clients and to continue the expansion of our successful mineral estates team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist advice on mineral development and relevant property issues to clients throughout the UK.
- Produce heads of terms for leases, mineral planning and development work, management of mineral assets, and valuation work.
- Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver property solutions for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the mineral estates team, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.
