**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team at Sanderson. As a Business Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes across our Claims Division. You will work closely with our stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement solutions to improve business processes and increase efficiency
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress
- Lead workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on new processes and procedures
- Proactively identify and address potential issues and risks
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
**Requirements:**
- Experience in business analysis and process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in the insurance industry is a plus
