We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Door Supervisor Tutor to join our dynamic team at Mantra Learning Ltd. As a Door Supervisor Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and education to our learners, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their lives.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in the private security industry, with a minimum of 3 years' experience. You will be responsible for delivering Level 2 Door Supervisor training, as well as other relevant courses that fit with your skills and experience. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all training elements are completed in accordance with the awarding bodies' requirements and programme guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality training and education to our learners
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the private security industry and its requirements
- Work closely with our team to ensure that all training elements are completed in accordance with the awarding bodies' requirements and programme guidelines
- L3 Award in Education or any other form of teaching qualification
- ICT, English and Math's qualifications all at L2 or above
- 3 years minimum experience in the private security industry
