Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Care Assistants to maintain the highest standards of care and support
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
- Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records of care provided
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive environment
- Completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care or equivalent
- Prepared to work towards Level 3 qualification in Adult Care or equivalent
- Background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently
- A competitive hourly rate subject to experience and qualifications
