Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Farncombe Estate. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in our award-winning restaurants and bars.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot drinks, take food to tables, polish glassware and cutlery, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Support senior team members in delivering exceptional service to our guests.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary.
• A friendly, hardworking, and enthusiastic attitude is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
