About the Role:
Polytec Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety and Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our offices and maintaining a professional image for our customers and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all aspects of the company offices, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee the management of all hard services, including HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Develop and implement Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with company standards.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are up-to-date and relevant to the business.
- Deliver physical security measures in line with agreed company policy.
- Manage operational and capital budgets, including contract management of third-party suppliers.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
- Excellent understanding of building systems and relevant engineering knowledge.
- Previous experience in Health and Safety and security responsibilities.
- Line management of both in-house and external service contractors.
- Budget forecasting and monitoring skills.
- Involvement in supporting the delivery of a wellbeing programme.
- Ability to deal with problems under pressure and think critically.
- Full clean driving licence with own transport.
