Mortgage Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Placing Faces. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on their mortgage options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients' financial situations and provide tailored mortgage solutions
  • Research and recommend mortgage products from a range of lenders
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in mortgage regulations

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £30k basic, plus car and commission
  • A 25-45% commission structure, offering great earning potential
  • The opportunity to work with a highly rated independent Estate Agency in Gloucester

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
