Job Title: Night Shift Supervisor Technician

PRS is seeking a highly skilled Night Shift Supervisor Technician to join our team in Mile End, London. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client's assets through the execution of Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  2. Conduct regular site visits to inspect equipment and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  3. Lead a team of skilled engineers to perform maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards.
  4. Collaborate with sub-contractors to ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
  5. Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including health and safety, building compliance, and quality assurance.
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  1. Formal qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  2. City & Guilds - Level 2 & 3 + City & Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition.
  3. Proven track record in building maintenance and repair.
  4. Excellent leadership and management skills.
