Will you be our next Senior Media Relations Officer?

Reporting to: Media Relations Manager

Department: Marketing and Fundraising Directorate

Location: Hybrid working model available

Employment Type: Permanent

Compensation: £39,560 - Band F, Level 3 (Inclusive of Outer London Weighting)

Work Schedule: 35 hours per week (including evenings and weekends)

Management Responsibilities: N/A

Overview of the Role

In this position, you will spearhead media initiatives aimed at disseminating inspiring narratives about individuals acquiring essential life skills through Scouts. As a dynamic and driven member of our award-winning Media Relations team, you will engage directly with journalists across the UK, from local outlets to national publications.

As our Senior Media Relations Officer, you will be an integral part of a fast-paced team. This role is crucial for enhancing public awareness and comprehension of the Scouts' mission. You will thrive under pressure, adeptly meeting deadlines while demonstrating a strong commitment to success.
