About the Role

Sugarman Health and Wellbeing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to a Service User with a C2 spinal cord injury, tracheostomy, and ventilator dependency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support a client with a spinal injury, tracheostomy, and ventilator
  • Flexible in working both days and nights over a 4-weekly rota period
  • Moving and Handling
  • Personal Care
  • Prepping and cooking meals
  • Supporting and maintaining all clinical needs
  • Must be a driver
  • Nonsmoking/vaping
  • Enabling an active lifestyle
  • Bowel management/care
  • Physical jobs included, such as gardening, digging, and long walks
