In close collaboration with the head of this division and our Senior Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Business Advisory and Accountancy offerings across various locations.

As a senior member of the team, your responsibilities will include advocating for best practices to deliver proactive advisory services to our corporate clientele.

We are looking for someone with a robust commercial acumen who can showcase a proven history of cultivating new business prospects through their professional network.

Working alongside our Partners, you will help expand our client portfolio and improve the overall client service experience.

Your daily responsibilities will encompass:

  • Establishing strong relationships with our owner-managed business clients to deliver exceptional advisory services
  • Keeping abreast of market trends in accountancy to ensure competitiveness and efficiency in service delivery
  • Playing a significant role in Business Development initiatives and building a strong network of local contacts for service line growth
  • Collaborating with the Senior Management Team to develop and grow our Bristol & Bath CBS team, including recruitment, coaching, and succession planning
  • Assisting the head of the division and other Partners in shaping and executing our firmwide accounting and advisory services strategy

About the Role

To be considered for this role, candidates should:

  • Hold ACA/ACCA qualifications (or equivalent) with experience in business services
  • Excel in business development and be passionate about networking within the local business community
  • Possess current knowledge of market developments, particularly in cloud-based systems and outsourcing opportunities
  • Exhibit effective communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to influence at all levels
  • Be a proficient People Manager who enjoys team building and development
  • Be enthusiastic about contributing to the overall success of the firm
