Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Activity Coordinator to join our team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As an Activity Coordinator, you will play a vital role in promoting the wellbeing and recovery of patients on our ward.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a stimulating and varied programme of activities and events to engage patients and promote their wellbeing.
  • Work closely with patients to understand their interests and preferences, and tailor activities to meet their individual needs.
  • Collaborate with volunteers and other support workers to provide a balanced and inclusive programme of activities.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and supportive environment on the ward, promoting dignity and respect for all patients.
