Job Title: Field Flex Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Flex Supervisor to join our team at MJ Quinn. As a Field Flex Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of our Openreach projects, ensuring that our Flex Crews are working efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately report Spine & Build progress to the Flex Manager and customer
  • Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Continuously improve efficiencies and processes to ensure cost-effective build completion
  • Ensure all engineers' accreditations are up-to-date and relevant to their job role
  • Weekly review and capture of KPI data to manage crews' performance
  • Daily engagement with the planning team to ensure delivery aligns with the THP build programme
  • Manage TM requirements and compliance across all Flex activities
  • Ensure timely and accurate flow of information/documentation between the Planner and Subcontractors/DL resource
  • Implement a robust auditing regime in line with MJQ Quality team
  • Accurately invoice all Flex activities in conjunction with the Flex Manager/Commercial team
  • Rectify defects in a timely manner as per customer guidelines

Requirements:

  • Telecommunications experience (Openreach)
  • Excellent understanding of NRSWA/Streetworks
  • Previous track record of field supervision
