Senior Nurse Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Nurse Manager to join our team at Operose Health. As a key member of our Regional Leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality nursing services across our services and surgeries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and supervision to nursing teams, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care.
  • Oversee the implementation and monitoring of clinical aspects of nursing care, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and priorities.
  • Support the recruitment and retention of nursing teams, and provide training and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Operations team to support the delivery of Nursing KPIs, such as Childhood Immunisations and Cervical Screening.
  • Ensure CQC nursing compliance, and lead on the clinical delivery of QOF and ES targets.

Requirements:

  • Extensive clinical experience in Primary Care Health settings and leading nursing teams.
  • Excellent understanding of National and Organisational policy.
  • Knowledge of current political agenda influencing health.
  • Ability to identify training needs and provide relevant experience to learners.
