About the Role:
Vitalent Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse and coordinating international shipping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient use of warehouse space.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping of goods.
- Packing and Picking: Manage the packing and picking of orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in meeting customer deadlines.
- Customer Communication: Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stock Audits: Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- General Administration: Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Warehouse/Logistics Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a strong understanding of inventory management and shipping procedures.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Working Hours: 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8-4.30pm, Friday 8-3pm.
