We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Multiskilled Team Member, responsible for providing our customers with a memorable experience.

About the Role

As a Multiskilled Team Member, you will be trained to perform all the roles necessary to look after our wonderful customers. We are looking for fun, adaptable, caring, and hardworking individuals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable experience for our customers
  • Work across all sections of the venue, adapting to different roles and responsibilities
  • Listen to customers to find ways to make their visit special
  • Be a natural fit for our STARS values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions

Requirements

  • Good communication skills and a smile for everyone
  • Able to work evenings and weekends, with a minimum of 16 hours per week
