About the Role

As a Live-in Care Worker with Alina Homecare, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and social interaction to our clients, including engaging in activities and hobbies
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medication and manage medication schedules
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks for our clients
  • Assist with household tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation as needed
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to our clients

Requirements

  • A caring and compassionate attitude, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
