About the Role

This part-time Receptionist position involves working closely with our residents, taking calls, dealing with bookings, and ensuring their needs are met. You'll be the first point of contact for our community, and your friendly and approachable demeanor will make a real difference to our residents' experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to our residents and their guests
  • Take calls, respond to emails, and manage bookings
  • Ensure the reception area is welcoming and well-maintained
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide a seamless experience for our residents
