Adult Diabetes Specialist Dietitian

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Adult Diabetes Specialist Dietitian to join our team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our dietetic department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nutrition and dietetic services to patients with long-term conditions, including diabetes, obesity, and inflammatory bowel disease.
About the Role:- Provide specialist dietetic input to patients in the community, including those with diabetes, obesity, and other long-term conditions.
- Deliver a high-quality nutrition and dietetic service to support patients requiring nutritional advice in community settings.
- Collaborate with other health professionals, including GPs, nurses, and pharmacists, to ensure seamless care for patients.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based policies, guidelines, and procedures for managing patients with long-term conditions.
- Work closely with the Prescribing Support Dietitian to ensure the appropriate and cost-effective use of Oral Nutritional Supplements (ONS) in the community.
