We are a prestigious franchised motor dealership seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in the Blackburn area.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Service Advisor to manage customer relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and work closely with our technicians to ensure seamless vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and expectations through regular communication and updates
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure efficient and effective vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for labour sales, service plans, and CSI
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Kerridge systems or similar CRM software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems
