MHE Administrator

Culina Logistics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented MHE Administrator to join our Fleet Department team at our Warrington site.

We are looking for a skilled administrator to ensure the smooth operation of our MHE (Material Handling Equipment) administration and compliance functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for logging defects, uploading repair details, and chasing suppliers for job updates.

• Logging defects with suppliers and uploading repair details
• Chasing suppliers for job updates and ensuring compliance with service and LOLER bookings
• Monitoring and amending the in-house system and MHE register as necessary
• Inputting weekly ODO (Operating Defect Order) data and ordering parts
• Assisting in managing the mailbox and keeping up to date with news items and process updates
• Communicating with internal and external departments to ensure relevant information is shared
• Guaranteeing that all tasks are maintained to a satisfactory standard to support the smooth operation of our business
• Updating and maintaining MyFleet as necessary
• Shadowing members of the MHE Team to learn and develop existing skills
• Assisting in any projects as directed by the Fleet management team

• Microsoft Office suite knowledge, including Excel and Outlook
• Administration experience, preferably in a fleet or logistics environment
• Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
• Fleet administration experience and knowledge of MHE
