About Your Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable systems that meet the needs of our customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to understand their infrastructure needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Design and implement efficient, automated solutions to reduce manual effort and customer expense.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code and ensure that it meets the highest standards of reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize infrastructure projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to junior team members to help them develop their skills and expertise.

Your Experience:

  • Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable systems.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, including AWS and Azure.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tooling, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, including efficient fault finding and debugging.
  • Experience with industry-standard observability tooling, such as ELK and Grafana.
