Supply Chain Planner

Our client, a leading manufacturer in Northamptonshire, is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join their team. As a key member of the operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient planning and execution of production orders to meet customer service expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement production plans to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and manage raw materials, bases, and solutions to ensure accurate levels are maintained.
- Review customer stock holding and finished product stock to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a culture of teamwork and development.
- Support colleagues in optimizing AX to maximize its key functions.
- Manage samples and deliveries to and from IH and domestic direct customers.
- At least 3 to 5 years' experience in FMCG in a similar role.
- High attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of the supply chain process and ability to apply knowledge and experience to provide innovative solutions.
- Computer literate and skilled in using Office 365 with reliable knowledge and experience working on AX.
- Well-developed ability in planning and organizing.
- Good people engagement ability.
