Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to become a vital part of our Infrastructure division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Subcontractor Management - ensuring payment certifications and modifications are accurately processed
  • Manage designated Control Accounts alongside the site team, including cost/value reconciliations and forecasting of expenditures
  • Maintain financial records to ensure alignment of Defined Costs with National Highways Site Representatives
  • Utilize Site Commercial and Document Management Systems (such as Oracle, CEMAR, Projectwise, and Forecasting Tools) effectively
  • Provide commercial assistance throughout the Procurement process
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Familiarity with NEC Contracts
  • Proven experience in subcontractor management
  • Proficient in commercial digital systems
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Experience in team management
